200m Heats This Friday

The 200m Heats will be held this Friday at Holly st Oval from 10am.

8's, 9's & 10's will run in the junior age group while the 11's and 12's will have their own age group.

If any parent could help out as a time keeper on the morning please see Michael Griffiths.

There is no AFL or Soccer practice this morning due to the oval being closed.

Netball practice will go ahead if there is no rain between now and 8am.

Regional Cross Country

Well done to the 7 cross country runners that travelled to Gosford yesterday to compete in the regionals.

All runners performed extremely well with some great results and fantastic effort shown by all.

WELL DONE to Olivia Utharntharm 6th and James Manton Hall 5th who have made it through to the state event next term at Eastern Creek.
